Apartment 16 is self-catering situated on the first and second floor above Monty's Sports Bar in the vibrant market town of Castle Douglas, in the South West of Scotland. The area has much to offer for a relaxing holiday, or a short break. Golfing, fishing, bird watching, scenic walks, historical sights and a few sandy beaches only a short distance away, are just a few of the local attractions.
The apartment consists of 3 bedrooms, a kitchen, living room, bathroom with large walk-in shower, and a separate WC on the top floor.
The accommodation can sleep up to 9 people. Each room can be adapted to either a double, and a single, or as 3 single beds. All bedding, towels, bath mats and ironing facilities are provided for guests.
Bedroom 1, situated on the first floor is fully ensuite with a spacious shower. Bedrooms 2 and 3 are on the second floor with a separate WC. All bedrooms have televisions and hair dryers. The kitchen is fully kitted with an oven, hob, microwave, toaster, cooking utensils, crockery and cutlery. A washing machine is also situated on the first floor.
